Grow to Grow is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that employs teenagers to design and create plant arrangements for garden containers and window boxes in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.
By working for Grow to Grow, the teens gain horticultural knowledge, sales and marketing experience, time management and communication skills, and confidence. They also earn decent wages and are introduced to new networks and mentors. Customers receive beautiful, custom-designed plant arrangements to enjoy throughout each season!
